So one interesting information: 

Mr Brawand:
They confirmed some elements about the Moretti 125.  The Belgian importer indeed did ask for a more powerfull version of the 128 , wich was quite successfull in Belgium in 1970. So they used the pannels of the 128 coupé on a 125 frame, and so came this car. They said the production has been 4 or 5 pieces. They were surprised to hear about one in Greece now, but Mr Brawand remember about a customer in Greece, so they have sold some Morettis there.
